By registering an account or placing any bet on the 999 PHL platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999 PHL. They govern your access to and use of the 999 PHL platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services. By accessing or using any part of the 999 PHL platform — whether you have registered an account or are simply browsing — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply in conjunction with the 999 PHL Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules that may be published separately on the platform. In the event of a conflict between any specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.
999 PHL reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify active players by email or platform message. Continued use of the 999 PHL platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
999 PHL — PAGCOR-Licensed Online Betting Available Across the Philippines
To register and use a 999 PHL account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 999 PHL reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 999 PHL complies with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. We conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and may request identity documents at any time.
- Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may result in account suspension.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. Individuals under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not register.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from 999 PHL or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform within an active exclusion period.
- Not an employee: 999 PHL employees, contractors, and immediate family members of employees are not permitted to hold player accounts on the platform.
- One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 999 PHL account. Multiple accounts are considered a violation of these Terms regardless of intent.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
999 PHL is required under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above ₱5,000. KYC verification requires submission of:
- A government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or UMID)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate not older than 3 months)
- Mobile number verification via one-time SMS code registered to your Philippine SIM
- Verification that the payment method used matches the registered account name (required for GCash and Maya)

- Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the 999 PHL account, or to the account's verified bank account name. This is an AML requirement.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held until verification is approved. 999 PHL is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete KYC documentation.
- 999 PHL may impose a 24-hour review hold on withdrawals flagged by our fraud detection system. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review hold.
999 PHL offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each offer.
- Wagering requirements: Most 999 PHL bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; some casino games may contribute less. Check individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

In the event of any technical fault during gameplay, 999 PHL's decision on the outcome is final.
Bets on sports events at 999 PHL are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without completion are treated according to the specific rules for that sport as published in the 999 PHL sportsbook. In-play bets are settled on the score/result at the time the bet was placed unless stated otherwise.
Tongits and other card games at 999 PHL are governed by Philippine standard rules as published in the Tongits section of the platform. All hands are dealt by a certified random number generator. In the event of a disconnection during a Tongits hand, the platform will attempt to complete the hand using auto-play rules. If completion is not possible, the hand will be voided and stakes returned.
Color Game outcomes at 999 PHL are determined by a certified RNG for digital versions, and by physical dice operated by a live dealer for live versions. - Using the 999 PHL platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine AML law
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform in any way
- Collusion in poker or multi-player games — communicating hand information with other players during play
- Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts, VPNs, or other means to claim promotions more than once
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming, including commercial data collection
- Allowing minors (under 21 years of age) to access the platform through your account
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 999 PHL staff in any communication channel
999 PHL takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools within your account dashboard to help you manage your play. These tools are available at any time and take effect immediately or within 24 hours as specified below.
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately. Changes to increase limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
- Session time limits: Configure reminders at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals during active gaming sessions.
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
- Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from 999 PHL at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration specified.
- Reality checks: On-screen displays showing your time played and net result for the current session are available in account settings.
999 PHL collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and relevant implementing rules and regulations. By creating a 999 PHL account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, comply with PAGCOR and AML requirements, and improve the platform experience. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 999 PHL at any time by contacting our support team. All content on the 999 PHL platform — including but not limited to game software, design elements, logos, text, graphics, and interface layouts — is the intellectual property of 999 PHL or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from 999 PHL's intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 999 PHL platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not extend to commercial use, data scraping, or any use that competes with 999 PHL's business.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 999 PHL's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 999 PHL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.
999 PHL is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device issues, or any circumstances outside our control that affect gameplay. In the event of platform errors that result in incorrect game outcomes, 999 PHL will investigate and apply the correct outcome, but accepts no liability for losses arising from the period before the error was identified.
999 PHL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds) held at the time of suspension will be returned to the player's verified payment method once any investigation is complete, unless the balance is subject to a legal hold or AML proceedings.
Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 999 PHL support team. Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the 999 PHL platform will first be referred to the 999 PHL customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 14 days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
For disputes regarding game outcomes, 999 PHL maintains comprehensive game logs for a minimum of six months. Any dispute regarding a specific game outcome must be raised within 14 days of that outcome. Claims raised outside this window cannot be investigated.
999 PHL may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations. When material changes are made, 999 PHL will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and will notify active players via platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 999 PHL platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Real money balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
